Kesibukan Asisten Gardu Induk (GI) 150 kV Cengkareng M Rahmat sudah nampak sejak sehari sebelumnya (31/3/2011). Dibantu operator GI Yuli Setiawan dan A Julianto, ketiga mempersiapkan energized SUTT 150 kV New Tangerang-Cengkareng, Jumat (1/4/2011). Sempat molor beberapa saat dari waktu yang direncanakan, akhirnya sejak pukul 17.21 waktu setempat penghantar tersebut resmi beroperasi dengan masuknya Sistem Pemutus Tenaga (PMT) Penghantar New Tangerang sirkit 2 yang dioperaskan dari GI Tangerang. Dengan demikian dua sirkit telah beroperasi dan siap memperkuat system Jakarta yang memasok ke tempat strategis Bandara Soekarno – Hatta, Jakarta.
