Telkomsel, the largest GSM nation wide operator in Indonesia, has awarded an IBC contract to Qdc for its second half-year 2005 program.
With the new contract, Telkomsel in year 2005 has awarded total 71 buildings/sites for IBC works located in different area of Indonesia in Sumatra and Java. Qdc will provide a turnkey works from site acquisition, RF design, installation and supply of the material including RF performance and optimization of the site.
Some of the buildings will be designed to support WiFi applications as well. |

In end of July'05, Indosat has awarded a Letter of Intent (LOI) to several vendors including Qdc to provide InBuilding Coverage (IBC). The IBC works mentioned is the 2005 IBC roll out program. Qdc has been working in various types of works within Indosat's departments and regions such as IBC, Network Benchmarking, Site Cluster Optimization, BTS/BSC/MW Installation/Change Out/Swap, Quality Audit and End link Survey since 2003. |
